Top 8 PNP-PDEA Provincial Target nabbed in a Buy-Bust Operation in Bonifacio, Mis Occ

PNP personnel of Bonifacio MPS conducted buy-bust operation RA 9165 together with PIU Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office and RIU 10 Misamis Occidental PIT, PDEU MOCPPO, in Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental that resulted in the successful arrest of a (SLI-Top 8 PNP-PDEA Provincial Target), male, 23 years old (DOB: June 15, 2000), single, jobless, a resident of Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental on dated March 16, 2024.

The Confiscated Drug & Non-Drug Evidence seized: were

One (1) piece square size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing of a white crystalline substance believed to be a shabu product of Buy-Bust (bought by the poseur buyer from the suspect).

Three (3) small rectangular size transparent heat-sealed plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (recovered from the possession and control of the suspect).

The Estimated total weight of shabu is more or less 0.5 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) street value of more or less Php 3,400.00,

One (1) pc genuine Php 500.00-peso bill used as buy-bust money,

One (1) Unit ITEL cellphone color red,

One (1) pc cigarette foil used to contain the illegal drugs,

One (1) pc lighter color yellow,

One (1) pc twenty Hongkong dollar,

One (1) pc ten Dirhams with serial number.

A case for violation of Section 5 and Section 11 of RA 9165 against the suspect

During the buy-bust operation is covered with two (2) Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and one (1) alternative recording device, inventory, documentation and markings were done at the crime scene in the presence of Barangay Kagawad and Media Representative

The arrested suspect is now under the custody of Bonifacio MPS for proper disposition.
