Construction Worker arrested in a Buy-Bust Operation in Tangub City, Mis Occ

CDEU personnel of Tangub CPS together with 1st PMFC, RIU Mis. Occ PIT, PDEU Mis. Occ personnel and PIU Mis Occ, conducted a joint Buy-Bust Operation on March 17, 2024, in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental that resulted in the arrest of a 43 years old, male, single, construction worker and a resident of Barangay Kauswagan, Tangub City for violation of Sections 5 and 11 Article II R.A 9165.

Bought from the suspect one-piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet in rectangular shape containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu from poseur buyer. Confiscated items were the following:

six (6) pcs heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets in rectangular shape containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu from seizing officer;

1pc cigarette foil, color silver serves as a container of alleged illegal drugs

1pc five hundred peso bill serves as buy-bust money

Cash worth six hundred ninety (690.00) pesos in different denominations recovered from his possession

One unit cellular phone, oppo, color pink

Total confiscated drugs have a total weight of 0.56 grams and have DDB of street value of 3,808.00 pesos.

Documentations were taken in the presence of the following witnesses to the said operation Brgy. Councilor, DOJ Representative and Media Representative.

The Arrested person is under the custody of Tangub City Police Station for proper disposition.
