MAGUUMA SIKOP SAMTANG NAGKUHA POLICE CLEARANCE SA OZAMIZ TUNGOD KAY ADUNAY WARRANT OF ARREST SA KASONG RA 9262

On April 14, 2023, a certain name “ARIEL”, a male, farmer, and resident of Urban Poor, Brgy. Malaubang, Ozamiz City came to Satellite Office located at the 2nd Floor, Gegee Mall, Brgy. Tinago, Ozamiz to secure a police clearance as a requirement for applying for work. However, the subject person was hit during the verification of his complete name, and upon the conduct of the investigation, the said person has an existing case. Immediately, PNP Personnel of Ozamis CPS, arrested the said person for VIOLATION OF RA 9262 with Criminal Case Number RTC-8122 duly issued by Hon. Salome P Dungog, Presiding Judge of RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 35, Ozamiz City dated May 5, 2017, with a bail bond of Php 24,000.00 for his temporary release and liberty.

The subject arrested person was brought and detained at Ozamis CPS for proper disposition and to return the subject warrant of arrest to the issuing court.
