Security Guard arrested for the crime (RA 10883) in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental

On April 13, 2023, personnel of Police Highway Patrol Team Mis Occ (Lead Unit) led by PCMS Joel B Torres - Team Leader together with Intelligence Operatives of Ozamiz CPS, personnel of 1002nd RMFB 10 and 2nd PMFC Mis. Occ. Successfully conducted joint manhunt operation against most wanted person at MHARS MC, Brgy. Maningcol, Ozamiz City which resulted to the arrest of one FREDERICK, 26 years old, male, married, security guard of MHARS MC and a resident of Purok 7, Brgy. Bagakay, Ozamiz City by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of NEW ANTI-CARNAPPING ACT OF 2016 – OWNER, DRIVER OR OCCUPANT VEHICLE IS KILLED OR RAPED (RA 10883) docketed under Criminal Case No. RTC 10022 dated April 11, 2023 and duly issued and signed by HON. GRACE LIBO-ON YULO, Presiding Judge, RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 15, Ozamiz City, with bail bond recommended amounting to Php 180,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Arrested person is now under the custody of Ozamiz CPS for proper disposition.
