Top 1 PNP PDEA Target List Provincial Level arrested in Ozamiz City, Mis Occ

On April 1, 2023, PNP personnel Ozamiz CPS, together with the PDEU Misamis Occidental, PIU MOCPPO, 1002nd RMFB 10, and 2nd PMFC Misamis Occidental, conducted a joint police operation on the implementation of a search warrant at the house of one aka “PULLET” Top 1 PNP PDEA Target List Provincial Level at Purok Traffic Light, Brgy. Tinago, Ozamiz City.

Confiscated and recovered inside the premises of the suspect during the execution of the search warrant are the following:

a. Thirty-Nine (39) pieces medium size rectangular shape heat-sealed transparent sachet containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu;

b. One (1) piece large size rectangular shape heat-sealed transparent sachet containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; 

c. One (1) piece dishwashing cover color yellow;

d. Four (4) pieces of live ammunition of 5.56 mm; 

e. One (1) piece XL size strip aluminum foil; 

f. Two (2) pieces of small size strip aluminum foil; 

g. Two (2) pieces of disposable lighter; 

h. Eleven (11) units of Android Cellphones; 

i. Four (4) units of Keypad Phones;

j. Three (3) units of Tablet; 

k. Three (3) pieces pouch coins and 

l. Seventy-Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 76,200.00) cash money.

Also arrested were the three (3) personalities who are present inside the premises during the operation.

The overall estimated weight of shabu is more or less 15 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) street value of more or less One Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (Php 102,000.00). A case for violation of Section 11 and Section 12, Article II of RA 9165 against the Four (4) suspects

The Subject persons were brought and detained at Ozamis CPS for proper disposition and for returning the subject search warrant to the issuing court.
